News3LV reported the opening of Amaya Modern Mexican at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on January 16, 2025. Designed by Peter Maxwell Bowden and the team at PETERMAX Co., the 7,180-square-foot restaurant, bar and lounge combines rich materials, warm illumination and abundant planting in an environment inspired by the tropical character of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
Led by Chef Jason McLeod, Amaya pairs coastal Mexican cuisine with aged tequilas, mezcals and inventive cocktails. DJs and live performers extend the experience beyond dining, creating an energetic hospitality destination developed by Clique Hospitality for Gen3 Hospitality.
