The 7,180-square-foot restaurant, bar and lounge was designed by Peter Maxwell Bowden and the team at PETERMAX Co. to evoke the rustic elegance and lush, tree-canopied landscape of Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula.
Created by Clique Hospitality for Gen3 Hospitality, Amaya combines coastal Mexican cuisine, aged tequilas and mezcals, inventive cocktails and live entertainment. Warm materials, layered illumination and abundant planting establish an immersive setting intended to reflect the energy of the culinary and nightlife experience.
