ABC15 highlights three hospitality concepts at Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix, each designed by Peter Bowden and PETERMAX Co. for Pretty Decent Concepts. Together, the interconnected venues create distinct experiences centered on dining, cocktails and immersive storytelling.

Cleaverman channels the ceremony and swagger of a classic American steakhouse through rich materials, sculptural details, intimate dining zones and a dramatic central bar. Its atmosphere balances timeless refinement with the energy and theatricality that define Pretty Decent Concepts.

Filthy Martini Bar shifts into a moody, golden environment inspired by vintage cocktail culture and old-school luxury. Warm lighting, burlwood, polished metals and live piano create an intimate late-night lounge devoted to cold martinis and lingering conversations.

A third, highly limited dining experience is organized around a dedicated kitchen and intimate counter, offering a multicourse, steak-focused tasting menu within the larger Cleaverman environment.
