Pretty Decent Concepts announces five new restaurant and bar concepts planned for Phoenix and Tempe in 2025. The hospitality group behind Wren & Wolf, Trophy Room, Creamuff Donuts, and Carry On is developing three concepts in Downtown Phoenix and two along Tempe’s Mill Avenue.

The new Tempe concepts include Filthy Animal, a live-fire restaurant inspired by the jungles of South America, and Drop Dead Gorgeous, a listening lounge with high-end cocktails and a disco-inspired atmosphere. In Phoenix, Cleaverman offers a classic steakhouse experience, while Uppercut presents a 12-course steak omakase-style tasting menu. Filthy is planned as a martini-focused speakeasy-style bar with nightly live music.

Peter Bowden and PETERMAX Co. are leading the interiors for the new concepts, creating distinct environments that support Pretty Decent Concepts’ larger vision of connected dining and nightlife experiences. The projects are planned for 740 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe and 455 N. Third St. in Downtown Phoenix.
