Phoenix Business Journal reports that Pretty Decent Concepts is preparing to enter the Scottsdale market with multiple new hospitality concepts at Arbor Old Town. The hospitality group has leased approximately 16,000 square feet within the redeveloped office campus for an immersive, multi-experience destination combining dining, beverage and social spaces.
The Scottsdale venues will be entirely new concepts rather than additional locations of Pretty Decent Concepts projects such as Wren & Wolf, Carry On Airlines, Cleaverman or Filthy Animal. The development is intended to evolve throughout the day, moving from dining and social activity into a more nightlife-oriented evening experience.
The article identifies PETERMAX as Pretty Decent Concepts’ longtime collaborator and confirms that the studio will design the Scottsdale project. Its involvement will extend beyond conventional interior design and be integrated throughout the creative dimensions of the concepts, continuing a partnership responsible for several ambitious hospitality environments in Phoenix and Tempe.
